Nathan & Cherie

You might remember this gorgeous couple from when I shot their wedding in Michigan a while back. Cherie has left her home town in the States & settled in Australia with the love of her life. I joined them in Rocky for their 'Aussie' wedding which we shot at the sweet Japanese Gardens in Rockhampton. The afternoon light was divine!

Rocco & Renaye

Renaye is a most beautiful, thoughtful person. She always has lovely things to say, stays positive with whatever life throws her way, loves Rocco to pieces & never forgets to write thankyou cards. (gulp! I'm so terrible with that!)
Rocco & Renaye's wedding is best described as simple elegance. They opted for a late afternoon ceremony @... Burleigh, followed by a sunset shoot on the sand & an intimate reception with family & friends @Oskars.
I'll start this post with Rocco's prep @Ambience. Check out the gorgeous smile!...

Craig & Lauren

Mike, Lauren's father stands at the kitchen bench, spots of shaving cream still on his face, a towel around his waist. He's trying to write his speech, watched closely by Bronwyn, his wife, and daughters, Lauren & Tamsyn. They know how cheeky he is & silently worry, 'What will he say this time!?'
Mike realizes what they must think and... gives nothing away. They'll find out tonight. There'll be laughing. And there is laughing. All day. Lauren's face is lit up. She's so full of happy, nervous, excited energy.
Today she's marrying her long-time sweetheart Craig. Their families are close friends. Craigs parents are also at Mike & Bronwyns house to get ready for the ceremony. Both families are from South Africa.
Pastor David Thomas conducted Craig & Laurens ceremony under the trees at Currumbin beach before the bridal party bundled up into a couple of old Comby's to head to Currumbin Rock.
It was a stunning afternoon, awesome clouds & a fantastic Bridal Party ready to 'work it!' for me!
Thanks Craig & Loz, Tamsyn, Hazel & Hayley, Ross, Matt & Brett
xx :D

Currumbin, beautiful.

I love it when couples get really involved with the fun photo shoot process. This awesome shot was Craig & Lauren's idea, with the old Comby & a bit of spot colour. Cool, hey!? Well done guys! (how cute is Loz' little toe!? sorry Loz! couldn't resist!) ;p

At Currumbin Rock. This shot is definitely a FAVE! I love the way Lauren's veil spills over the rocks like water...

The girls! Gorgeous, hey!??
